YES | NO GARY K Way Too Slow...using Too Much Water Nov 17, 2016 I installed the heater per the installation instructions...upgrading my natural gas line to 3/4" from the meter to the heater. I am satisfied with how quiet the unit is, but it is taking way too long to get any hot water. We have metered water and it is expensive. Any savings I may have gained from doing away with the pilot lite and storage tank will be more than lost letting the water run for 2 to 3 times longer than with a tanked water heater. 16 to 17 found this review helpful. YES | NO HARVEY STEELE Unit Woks Great But Concerned About The Lack Of Warranty Jun 06, 2016 It was easy to install and start up but in reading the manual no warranty is supplied unless the system is installed by a certified installer. The house was cold and it was Saturday so no option of contracting help.
