Love this unit! Installed in the fall, it cools well yet can put out satisfyingly uncomfortable amounts of heat when it's 20F outside and throttles down very low to match demand. Thermostat is rather unintuitive to use all its features and you have only one set of temps in auto mode, but if you don't mind switching from heat mode to cool mode yourself you can program it any way you like. Unit installed April 2009. Had to put a new ignitor & sensor in 01/10/2016. Parts alone were $500.00. I installed them. Now for some reason I am getting air in the system. Had to bleed base board radiators twice in two days. I never opened the system up, other than to put ignitor in. One day I had 6a on the computer and the next morning I had a 6L showing. Should have stayed with a boiler that people know how to service. Do not see any savings from old Hobart boiler that I had for forty... more
