My husband and i are old (70 and 60), and we were able to install this thing by ourselves, though it is heavy, and it is difficult to lift it above your head into the attic. I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. All items were received with very quick shipping and no issues or delays. I installed all items with the exception of the line sets myself. I bought 2 of these systems for my cabin in NC. Had previously purchased a similar Mitsubishi split for my FL home. They are super quiet and their inverter technology and continuously variable speeds make them very efficient.
