Modine Noisy Sep 30, 2016

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. Nothing But The Best Aug 12, 2016

I have 2 of the 30,000 btu units and one 75,000 btu unit. I couldn't be happier with their performance and reliability. I went with these over the competition because of the compact design and the quality that they are built with. The Reznor brand may cost more but I have dealt with other heaters that have failed and caused pipes in the garage to freeze. Now I can leave for days at a time without thinking twice about what's going on back at home in sub zero temps.

The radiators went together very easily with the connections provided to the heating pex and there were no leaks. very easy to bleed. they provide much more heat than I was getting from my old wall convectors and seem to retain the heat a long time after the boiler is off. Not hard to hang either as long as you separate the hanger prongs in increments of 1/2 inch. Also, my wife was pleasantly surprised by the appearance

May Need A Tune Up Sep 11, 2016

We've now had 3 months of use from the boiler and it has performed well, and though the purchase and installation wasn't cheap, it heats our large home well with a hydronic/forced-air system. Lately we have had a problem with the fan racing noisily and exhaust huffing and puffing. My installer is away, so I'm hoping it is a programming issue that I can resolve. A good help phone number for the unit would be nice. Perfect purchase, delivery, etc. by eComfort
