This replaced two smaller Sea Breeze units and works better than both of them combined. It's quiet and very efficient, cooling the large room quickly.

This is my 4th Mitsubishi system going in. Superbly QUIET, super efficient, and reliable. I saved a fortune on heating and cooling bills over the years with my 3 systems, this completes the house. Easy to install, well made. Mini Splits are the way to go. Mitsubishi is the king of the hill, in SEER, reliable, features and function, each generation gets better and better. Better Than Expected Dec 22, 2016

We have an older 1800 sq. ft. manufactured home that we rent out. The old heat system was a very inefficient forced air electric furnace. Our renters tell us the two heads from the mini-split system heat the home superbly. They also can't believe how quiet it is. They say the A/C in the summer will be icing on the cake.

At this point I cannot review performance as we have not yet used the heated floor. I will say that I am impressed with the cost of this product from eComfort. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. Installed my unit in April/2015. Live in the pacific northwest. Originally installed it as a make work project as I'm recently retired and didn't expect much. It works so much better than I had ever expected..heating or cooling. So much so, that I'm just in the process of installing another one for the bedrooms area.
