I bought this unit to heat and cool an 500sq ft 2 car, garage with 14' ceiling in NJ. I insulated the garage and self installed. The installation in my open garage took about 8 hours start to finish, its a little involved but not over the top, a gauge vacuum set from HF made getting the unit up and running easy. Bought the 150 cfm unit with 6" duct for a lot of air movement. Only needed 80 to 100 cfm unit as per professional installer for size of my bathroom. Although unit is very quite and was easy to install I'm not sure it was worth the money for amount of air it seems to move. Also has about a 10 second delay when turning on. Nothing in product description tells you about this delay.

This was just installed recently in mild temperatures so I can't comment on how well it can heat and cool my small structure but based on the air temp it should work pretty well. I bought this because it is a newer unit with a slightly higher SEER than the KE series. The other nice thing about Daikin is the temp setting on heat can go down to 50, which is good to keep a room that's not being used from freezing (other units only go as low as 65).
