Installed it in the bonus room above our garage. About 300 sq/ft. Insulated with 6" rolled installation, but ceiling being 6" under roof has a very high radiant heat effect in hot times of year. 9000 BTU's does job nicely. Can cool room to 65' to satisfy my most demanding guest from the north. But the most amazing thing is how quiet outside unit is. If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. I bought two of these electric baseboard heaters. My electrician said the installation instructions were very clear and was impressed with how well-engineered this product is. I find the baseboard units to be very attractive and they are providing very even heat.

We have a 2 story home in Ocala, FL. A/C is on in May and runs 24/7 till sometime in October. We have 2 heat pumps of 2 ton. A Goodman was put in last year and runs perfect and is quiet. Our second unit is an old 10 SEER, and I will be buying another Goodman. I got a 13 SEER last year and am getting a 14 SEER for the downstairs this year. My son-in-law (ex) owns an A/C company, and he said it's a good unit. He is happy I have a stand up attic.

Not yet installed, installer will have time next spring for the installation. please note it is a 2013 yr model, not a newer 2015 improved model, and of course it's not the 2016 new 50CRN model. I'm disappointed by the fact it's on shelf for 3 years. I was expecting a 2015 manufactured as I was told when I call the dealer before the purchase. Regarding the performances and value, I will update after I have it installed by the local plumber master.
