Indoor Unit: Runs great. Easy to install. Almost silent at low speed and no louder than a 16" desk fan at high speed. Instructions are sparse but a DIY guy can figure them out with a little help from YouTube as well. Definitely get the outdoor cover track to make the installation look great. Had 2 window air conditioners that were not working as well as I expected. Talked to some friends that have the mini split system, and decided to try one. after getting several bids I decided to buy the system outright and install it myself. All went very well, everything was very easy and when I had a question I called Chris and he had the answers or got them in a timely fashion. I would recommend this to anyone, The GREE is a great product.
