I've got a 334 sqft bunkhouse/office on the ranch. It's been pretty toasty this summer so far & I've been on the computer alot. Needless to say computers are great for putting out heat!! The installation of the new unit was under six hours, and the LP change was very easy, once done the new unit started with no trouble and is working fine.
