To begin, I regret buying this daily. It replaced a 10+ yr old Fujitsu that outperformed it in every way. First issue I had was the directional blade motor failing. Ecomfort sent a new part, it's now working. Second issue has to do with the appearance, the seams to not align, many of the gaps between plastic parts are uneven. My neighbor just spent $3500.00 having a new furnace put on, which for me was out of the question...I bought your furnace (same size) for $575.00 delivered to my door. I'm 75 years old and had it installed and running in 6 hours complete. And that's for changing electric, gas lines, upper plenum and lower base. Ordered from eComfort. Good price, quick free delivery. Installation went well. Furnace is low noise, compact and light to handle. ECM blower fan is great. Some of the factory assembly details could be better, but not too bad. We will see when I get my gas bill if the savings are accurate, but for now I am happy.
