My first outdoor condenser was installed by a diamond dealer. It quit working three weeks after installation. i contacted e comfort and initiated a warranty claim with chris. Within 10 days i was shipped a new unit. it has worked flawlessly for the past three weeks. I am hopeful it continues to provide the wonderful comfort that i expect for my 1200 sq. Ft. Shop for a long time. why it quit? i do not fully know, but i would still highly recommend one of these units for heating. air... more

Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. Great product but found the pressure sensor only works if the world is working perfectly! Meaning the venting must be in excellent shape and does not come apart in the walls or the power is a reliable source. This was installed in one of our customer's homes.
