Received furnace in very good shape and in a very timely manner. Installed same day, easy to install. Have had for two weeks and had no problems so far. Would recommend to anyone.

Purchased this HRV to replace our 22-year old Mayaire unit. Didn't realize until the HRV arrived that it must hang for installation. My original unit sat on a table I built for it. So it took quite a while to find the right spot to have good access for straps, and not interfere with existing duct lines for old unit. I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.
