The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. I replaced my old Modine heater, with a new Modine heater and it works great. The old one, the only thing that went wrong with it, was one of the fan blades broke in half . The old one , didn't owe me nothing, I had it in my shop for 38 years.
