Ordered online, and installed by handyman. Called White Rodgers who assisted me in setting the times each day for when the heating comes on and goes off. I was unable to do this by following the instructions in the pamphlet.

I just had a 2-ton goodman air conditioner installed. I had a carrier that lasted me for 18 years with only two very minor repairs. I don't like the goodman because in order to keep my house comfortably cool I have to put the thermostat on 72. When I put it on 78 like I did with the carrier, my house's temperature is warm. I do not recommend the Goodman air conditioners. I feel VERY dissatisfied.

I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.

I have had this Panasonic Dual Zone CU-2E18/CS-E12x2 for over 2 years now. I am pleased overall but would offer a few tips: - My application is primarily for heating, and I am in a location where temps can dip below zero. The unit does a surprising job of heating down to 5 degrees F, but after that will drop off significantly, and eventually shut itself off around zero. This heater was easy to install, it is made of high quality metal. Nice to have power connections on both sides of the heater and ample amount of heat.
