I installed the indoor unit in a difficult spot so ducting was a real challenge. The concern was finding a HVAC teck to complete the skilled work. It was several calls to find one and therefore paid more than I had budgeted. Recommend working on that issue prior to jumping in to self installation. While I have only had it operational for a couple of days, it has performed very well. The installation went very well and the unit appears to be assembled quite well.
