It works good except mine started leaking all over the floor inside of 2 yrs and now my contractor says he hasn't heard from the dealer for the warranty. No drain in on the unit so I can't just move it out of my basement.

The unit tends to leak through pinholes which are due to impurity of copper tube material from cheap production country. The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. The first company had an online program calculator to figure out the right furnace based upon the square footage, insulation and windows in the house. eComfort is very a professional company. They answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. The product was delivered incredibly fast. The quality of the product is exceptional. It is solid, streamlined, very well crafted and very easy to install.
