I have owned this same 400k btu unit for 8 years and it is the best purchase that I have ever made. It is used in a commercial setting and has never had a problem or service call. Reznor quality is second to none and definitely worth the extra cost.

Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. The inside fins are remote and so is the louver. It remembers where you set it so when you turn off and turn it back on it goes back to the setting you left it at. This little heater does a wonderful job of keeping my two car garage nice and warm all winter long. I use my garage for a man-cave workshop in addition to parking my vehicles. I purchased this one because 15 years ago I purchased an ADP similar model. Well, after 15 well used years of 247 running, the board went out. So, instead of replacing the board I opted to replace the unit with another ADP. I don't think you can ask for many more trouble free years from any heater.

I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Since most licensed HVAC contractors don't want to touch so small a job or they don't want the liability of signing off on the leak test if they did not install the unit themselves.
