I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. One the top was banded a "cone" which prevented the unit from stacking. It was delivered by R & L delivery truck with a lift gate, and it was received without a dent or mark of... more

Service great, Delivery on time, Unit came in DOA with bad pressure switch. Factory would not replace switch they said call where you purchased it EComfort. I did they wanted me to fill out all kinds of forms, Leave a credit card, until part was returned. Not worth the hassle I Just replaced pressure switch.

Blew the competitors out of the water and they recommended an HVAC licensed installer that also were great and the install price was better than the local competition. Thank you eComfort. So far so good. I love how quiet the units are and they are doing a very nice job controlling the temperature in our space. But my wife would have loved it if the indoor units came in a darker color. Could there be color options? Just a suggestion.
