Love this unit! Installed in the fall, it cools well yet can put out satisfyingly uncomfortable amounts of heat when it's 20F outside and throttles down very low to match demand. Thermostat is rather unintuitive to use all its features and you have only one set of temps in auto mode, but if you don't mind switching from heat mode to cool mode yourself you can program it any way you like. i'm sure they put out outstanding products but this is about a technician named george that works there i called about a thermostat model 1F79-111 as we talked he was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and would SURE HAVE THIS DIRECTED TO MANAGEMENT as well to other customers you know these days your lucky enough to just get VERY VERY brief information would like to thank you again sure would'nt hurt to have alot of georges around

I have 2 of the 30,000 btu units and one 75,000 btu unit. I couldn't be happier with their performance and reliability. I went with these over the competition because of the compact design and the quality that they are built with. The Reznor brand may cost more but I have dealt with other heaters that have failed and caused pipes in the garage to freeze. Now I can leave for days at a time without thinking twice about what's going on back at home in sub zero temps.
