We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. I was concerned about delivery time and made a call to customer service with my inquiry. They were very helpful and promised a return call the next day to advise on the shipping status of my order. This condenser is much quieter than the unit that I removed from service. While I have only had it operational for a couple of days, it has performed very well. The installation went very well and the unit appears to be assembled quite well. I am impressed with this unit and I would definitely recommend it for the price and the performance.
