After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. Warmwire Heated Floor Jun 07, 2016

I installed a WarmWire heated floor in a 6'x8' coat room that had no other source of heat. It is on a concrete slab with 2 outside walls and a wall to an unheated attached garage. I glued 2 6mm thick sheets of Cerazorb synthetic cork directly on the concrete. It was super easy to lay the wire on top on the cork using the metal clip system provided. I just had a 2-ton goodman air conditioner installed. I had a carrier that lasted me for 18 years with only two very minor repairs. I don't like the goodman because in order to keep my house comfortably cool I have to put the thermostat on 72. When I put it on 78 like I did with the carrier, my house's temperature is warm. I do not recommend the Goodman air conditioners. I feel VERY dissatisfied.
