We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. I have installed 2 of those for the living room and they are great! Running a boiler at 140 and inside is 75 - 77F.
