Pros: -Wasn't very heavy -Came with many accessories including a flare adapters -Nice to have the option of an intake from the bottom on head units -VERY quiet. -All hook ups are on one side of head unit -Condenser has tons of directional options on how cables/lines enter unit. -Electrical is simple and easily accessible. -CFM displacement is impressive. -Condenser came with good accessories including rubber vibration pads. Away from home for the winter. Family checking our home found the problem, needed a new boiler. I was in another state, went online (this boiler was recommended by the professional), able to work well on your web site. Called a few times with questions, very helpful. Shipped out immediately. Boiler installed without any problems. I returned home a few weeks later to a warm home new boiler, and every thing working well.

Ordered online, and installed by handyman. Called White Rodgers who assisted me in setting the times each day for when the heating comes on and goes off. I was unable to do this by following the instructions in the pamphlet.
