Our main house is cooled by a 2.5 ton conventional a/c. I replaced that unit in June with a new American Standard (Trane) a/c. On the back of the house is a Florida room 44' x 12' that was not air conditioned. Three sides of the room are sliding glass doors, circa 1989, overlooking a lake and facing east. Pro: For the price this is an awesome find. No where can you find a 95% efficent furance for such a low price. Cons: My biggest complaint about this furnace is its unreliability. It keeps breaking and I keep having to fix it. It's also hard to find parts for this furnace.
