Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. Upon receiving the unit a couple of us had the unit installed and ready for a AC man The people that take care of all our systems came over, checked for leaks and in a few more minutes up and running. Very impressed with the unit so far. We decided to go with Gree since we had 10 units come in on cabins we installed this spring.

I have used Modine free standing gas fired heaters for some 28 years in Greenhouse application. They say nothing last for 20 years, yet I have 2 of 18 that have lasted that long. Stainless burners are Ideal, a little pricey for me, but the new aluminum/steal burners are superior to the old galvanized
