I had it installed a few days ago by a local contractor who claimed certified by Bosch. Technicians under supervision by certified plumber were struggling of how they were going to install and had it fired, back and fort with rewiring, and reconnect piping for a few occasions, saying they were difficult to install. The Goodman furnace has a very good instruction packet and resources for the DIY person. The furnace is working so well that I would buy a second one in the future when I need one in 20 years. It is too early to determine how reliable the furnace is. This unit is not even a year old. I would recommend Goodman to anyone. Even if you can't install it yourself, if you have a good installer, it should work well for you.

A family member installed a 22k BTU Mitsubishi mini split in his 4 car garage (also purchased from ecomfort), i was so impressed with his unit i had to buy one myself. I bought this unit to heat and cool an 500sq ft 2 car, garage with 14' ceiling in NJ. I insulated the garage and self installed.
