The fan came well packaged, and all of the contents were perfect. The fan is perfectly balanced and super quiet with no vibration. I can't hear it running at all in my house when it's running. The quality of the product is also very good. All other available attic fans are noisy and use a lot of power, so it's great to finally be able to purchase a high quality, low noise, and energy-efficient attic fan. I highly recommend it.

I installed a WarmWire heated floor in a 6'x8' coat room that had no other source of heat. It is on a concrete slab with 2 outside walls and a wall to an unheated attached garage. I glued 2 6mm thick sheets of Cerazorb synthetic cork directly on the concrete. It was super easy to lay the wire on top on the cork using the metal clip system provided. My husband and i are old (70 and 60), and we were able to install this thing by ourselves, though it is heavy, and it is difficult to lift it above your head into the attic. We did have an electrician come do the wiring, but, it comes with a cord and a plug, so we were able to connect it to a wall outlet and use it for the couple of weeks it took for the electrician to come. without a switch, it just runs on high, but that's what you're most likely to use in the summer anyway. it's very... more
