We added on to our laundry room and needed heat and cooling. Upon receiving the unit a couple of us had the unit installed and ready for a AC man The people that take care of all our systems came over, checked for leaks and in a few more minutes up and running. Very impressed with the unit so far. We decided to go with Gree since we had 10 units come in on cabins we installed this spring.

My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. This is an excellent panel, although quite heavy - make sure you have something to hang it on. Effortlessly heats our large bathroom with huge windows, in a house located in the Rockies at 8,585 ft elevation (very cold winter nights!).

This heater was an almost exact replacement for a heater that had a burnout. Installed very easily. Narrow profile. Easy gas hookup. Runs very quiet. The optional blower is a necessary add-on for circulation. Only issue is that the vents are hot so small children must learn to stay away.
