The furnace was a very easy replacement of an existing 20 year old one. I only had to build a 12" height extension platform for the furnace to sit on. The wiring, plumbing, and electrical was an easy hook up! It started right up and has performed flawlessly ever since! The cost of the furnace was less than my last years furnace repair bill.

I would like to be able to give a good report, but the truth is during just the second winter I used this product it stopped working. I tried to relight it but as soon as I let of the pilot button the pilot goes out. I removed the thermocouple which senses the pilot flame and locks the gas valve on so the thermostat can control the burner. I was told if you sand it off it can restore its function. But that did not fix the problem and the pilot won't stay lit. I have to conclude that the... more

This home has had a Janitrol for 25 years that was a great furnace and coil. This Goodman furnace and A-coil were installed by a professional heat and air company that has installed many of my other houses that I have built. However, very disappointed that it is so noisy. Goodman needs to work on that. Since I have had it for only a month I really cannot give you a rating. Delivery was great and fast. Will give customer service a great job. Your illustrations for installation should be better. For example the rerouting of the condensation lines was not illustrated well. We figured it out but it took extra time. ....time is...? EVERYTHING!
