UPDATE 4/19/16: As stated in my previous post the ordering process was excellent. Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. Replacing Old Weil Mcclain With New Jun 01, 2016

Opened box well packaged, no scratches or dents. Easy to remove panels easy to install and thick paint on panels. All panels are insulated except front control panel. Digital display for internal temperature of boiler, adjustments can be made for efficiency and temperature. One difference that I have noticed is the fan is a little more noisy than the model that I removed. It's just something to get used to.

Superb Engineering May 10, 2016

My Mitsubishi has been up and running for about a month now, its currently heating a 440sq ft finished garage. Its super quiet and the heat is even and well controlled. I installed it myself and had no issues whatsoever ( I've worked in industrial automation and controls for many years ). Very nice unit I like it a lot.
