I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.

Two months ago I purchased a LG 48,000 BTU Ac and heating unit. I installed it myself and just had help to get it started up directions could be more clear but it was fairly easy to do. I was even more impressed when I received my first Electric bill the month prior to installation I paid $251 I just received my bill with the unit installed in the middle of summer and my electric bill was $144 wow .very impressed and satisfied do unit is extremely quiet but powerful.

Furnace Replacement Oct 25, 2016

The furnace was a very easy replacement of an existing 20 year old one. I only had to build a 12" height extension platform for the furnace to sit on. The wiring, plumbing, and electrical was an easy hook up! It started right up and has performed flawlessly ever since! The cost of the furnace was less than my last years furnace repair bill.

If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. Installed For One Month Oct 23, 2016

This home has had a Janitrol for 25 years that was a great furnace and coil. This Goodman furnace and A-coil were installed by a professional heat and air company that has installed many of my other houses that I have built. However, very disappointed that it is so noisy. Goodman needs to work on that. Since I have had it for only a month I really cannot give you a rating. Delivery was great and fast. Will give customer service a great job.
