Would have rated this system 5 stars across the board, but the equipment manuals were poorly written. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Several years ago my wife and I purchased an old 3 story Victorian style home in Norristown, PA. The house had an old oil fired steam boiler that literally vibrated the floors every time it started. Haven't had a chance to use it very much as the weather in michigan has been unseasonably warm for october. The few times it has functioned gave us instant heat and a very quiet blower.
