Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. The addition of a sewing/craft room created a problem. How to heat and cool the room without destroying the home. The Mitsubishi Mini Split is flawless! We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! They are installed in a warehouse with great WIFI access so we controlled all 28 individual heat zones using 28 WIFI thermostats from Honeywell. Couldn't be a happier customer!
