The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Easy for a DIY handyman to install. Fired up without problems. Got a kick out of delivery man stating "You'll really like this furnace....I installed two of them in homes I own". This was the second Goodman furnace I installed for relatives. Highly recommended.
