Unit arrived as stated and well packaged. Instructions were easy to follow and correct. Did the installation myself with only some help to mount unit. Well pleased with results.

Very bad choice, did leak after 4 years, dealer unable to help, paid close to $1000.00 the life time warranty is not true, this product is made in Belgium not in USA..save yourself problems get a water heater manufacture in USA....the rest is garbage..

Pro: For the price this is an awesome find. No where can you find a 95% efficent furance for such a low price. Cons: My biggest complaint about this furnace is its unreliability. It keeps breaking and I keep having to fix it. It's also hard to find parts for this furnace.

This was just installed recently in mild temperatures so I can't comment on how well it can heat and cool my small structure but based on the air temp it should work pretty well. I bought this because it is a newer unit with a slightly higher SEER than the KE series. The other nice thing about Daikin is the temp setting on heat can go down to 50, which is good to keep a room that's not being used from freezing (other units only go as low as 65). We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options.
