Pump Problem Jul 27, 2016

Work good for a week and half, then burner shut down would not restart caller eComfort and Beckett for help then caller technician he founded out the electric valve in the pump was stuck in one position he got it freed but said needed a new one. and one of the screws stripped in the pump. All of the oil was clean and filter was new before starting the burner. I was charged $226.00 for this. Can I get some help on a new pump. Thank You

This heater was easy to install, it is made of high quality metal. Nice to have power connections on both sides of the heater and ample amount of heat.

Works As Advertised With 1/2" Gas Line Nov 23, 2016

I bought the Rinnai RUC80iN because of it's ability to function with a 1/2" gas line. Starting with 8 w.c. Of pressure, I turned on both showers, the gas furnace, gas dryer and stove........still had 6 w.c. Of pressure and plenty of hot water. Easy self install.....don't believe the hype about needing a licensed plumber.....just common sense and follow the directions.

Installed my unit in April/2015. Live in the pacific northwest. Originally installed it as a make work project as I'm recently retired and didn't expect much. It works so much better than I had ever expected..heating or cooling. So much so, that I'm just in the process of installing another one for the bedrooms area. One fan, and A coil is not freezing up has run from 6 am till now -- 7:30pm at 93 degrees outside temp---- other two should be coming to their new home soon
