We have an older 1800 sq. ft. manufactured home that we rent out. The old heat system was a very inefficient forced air electric furnace. Our renters tell us the two heads from the mini-split system heat the home superbly. They also can't believe how quiet it is. They say the A/C in the summer will be icing on the cake.

We've now had 3 months of use from the boiler and it has performed well, and though the purchase and installation wasn't cheap, it heats our large home well with a hydronic/forced-air system. Lately we have had a problem with the fan racing noisily and exhaust huffing and puffing. My installer is away, so I'm hoping it is a programming issue that I can resolve. A good help phone number for the unit would be nice. Perfect purchase, delivery, etc. by eComfort

Taking out a mortar shower pan is definitely zero fun. But installing the Kerdi shower system was a breeze. I watched all the videos, and today we have a new shower. eComfort was easy to work with. I'm very pleased with how easy the installation was and the domestic hot water is fast and plentiful. I am amazed as to how quick the boiler heats and circulates the water through the system, I am curious to see how efficient it will be come winter.
