Away from home for the winter. Family checking our home found the problem, needed a new boiler. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. I have one of these and am a bit disappointed when it's efficiency drastically decreases when the outside temperature drops below -10C or + 24F. Still I am very pleased with it. Now the inside unit 'chirps', what is up with that ? Does it need to be oiled ? Doug
