Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions.
