A family member installed a 22k BTU Mitsubishi mini split in his 4 car garage (also purchased from ecomfort), i was so impressed with his unit i had to buy one myself. I bought this unit to heat and cool an 500sq ft 2 car, garage with 14' ceiling in NJ. I insulated the garage and self installed. Works great, much quieter than my last gable fan, and moves a lot more air. Only concern is the thermostat that came with this unit ranges 65 to 90. My last fan was 85 to 145. Unit seems to stay on longer in order to reach the 90 degree. Unit runs more being in an attic in Florida. This fan was very easy to install and had great wiring instructions.

Replaced an 80k BTU unit with this one. Install was a breeze even considering the old unit was a floor mount and this one hangs on the wall. My HVAC guy showed up just as I was completing the wiring and it took him about 30 minutes to program it and run through a cycle. It's fast! I took a half-hour long shower, and by the time I'd dried, dressed and went to the utility room it was on standby........
