Quiet, Easy Installation. Jun 02, 2016

This was my first mini-split installation, and it was time consuming but easy. The system is very quiet while running, easily have a conversation standing next to it and I can't hear it standing around the corner of the building, 10' away. The installation is on a semi-secluded lake cottage with only nature for ambient noise, it is that quiet. I bought 2 of these systems for my cabin in NC. Had previously purchased a similar Mitsubishi split for my FL home. They are super quiet and their inverter technology and continuously variable speeds make them very efficient. They have several advanced features, such as scanning and detecting when and where someone is in the room and adjusting for maximum comfort and/or efficiency. At this point I cannot review performance as we have not yet used the heated floor. I will say that I am impressed with the cost of this product from eComfort. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. Super Quiet And Efficient. No Display Means U Better Not Lose Th Jun 10, 2016

Incredibly quiet and efficient. Disappointed that it doesn't have the temperature read-out or any other display on the head. I think this was a foolish cost-cutting measure. Lose the remote or break it and you are screwed.
