I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Since most licensed HVAC contractors don't want to touch so small a job or they don't want the liability of signing off on the leak test if they did not install the unit themselves. Replaced an 80k BTU unit with this one. Install was a breeze even considering the old unit was a floor mount and this one hangs on the wall. My HVAC guy showed up just as I was completing the wiring and it took him about 30 minutes to program it and run through a cycle. It's fast! I took a half-hour long shower, and by the time I'd dried, dressed and went to the utility room it was on standby........

Just had this 199,900 btu water heater installed and it works so nice and it looks great too. At 10 gpm. we will never run out of water.

I have used this product before. I would not do a shower using any other product. You spend a lot of time and $ doing a new shower, you should do it right. With this, I know everything is sloped properly, the products fit together and it will be waterproof. We used the shower for a few weeks while tile was on its way last time as the shower is watertight, even without tile.
