Easy to install, well made. Mini Splits are the way to go. Mitsubishi is the king of the hill, in SEER, reliable, features and function, each generation gets better and better. Away from home for the winter. Family checking our home found the problem, needed a new boiler. I was in another state, went online (this boiler was recommended by the professional), able to work well on your web site. Called a few times with questions, very helpful. Shipped out immediately. Boiler installed without any problems. I returned home a few weeks later to a warm home new boiler, and every thing working well.

I received the boiler in a timely fashion. The box was undamaged. I took it inside and removed the cardboard and it all seemed to be there and in good condition. I was surprised to see it had an outdoor reset built into it. It comes with the outdoor sensor. I will not be hooking this up until spring as I do not want to interrupt my heating system during the cold weather. But I do not foresee any issues. This heater was easy to install, it is made of high quality metal. Nice to have power connections on both sides of the heater and ample amount of heat.
