The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility.
