I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. All items were received with very quick shipping and no issues or delays. I installed all items with the exception of the line sets myself. I mounted the outdoor unit, indoor units, installed a new floor drain in my attic to collect condensation, made a new 220 line with disconnect and ran the 14/4 cables to... more

I recently installed my QuietCool1560 in my gable, it's a nice install similar to the old unit I replaced. Old unit made it twelve years but was loader and shakier. If this unit lasts as long and uses so much less power I will be very impressed.Old unit cheaper up front but used a lot more power and had a 3 yr warranty.Quick delivery, came in undamaged packing. I love this system. It's been installed in my house for almost two years now and have no problems at all and all the hot water I need. I would recommend this to anyone replacing a hot water unit. Originally, I had a tankless coil in the furnance and that required the furnace to run all year long. Now, I can shut off the furnace during the summer. Also, this product is energy star compliant which means a payback from uncle sam during tax time.

Installed it in a 16ft x 20ft building. Works extremely well. Keeps the building at 50 degrees when unoccupied, then heats it up to 70 degrees fast when occupied.
