I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. I ordered 5 of these mats to heat a sunroom of ~10'x12' size with a standard osb subfloor and tile floor. The mats were delivered quickly and appear very robust in construction. Ample instructions on how to install are included and the installation is proceeding quickly with no issues.

We like the hydronic panel radiator. We are heating a 12' x 16' room. The radiator keeps the room nice and warm when its -20 degress out side.
