Installed my unit in April/2015. Live in the pacific northwest. Originally installed it as a make work project as I'm recently retired and didn't expect much. It works so much better than I had ever expected..heating or cooling. So much so, that I'm just in the process of installing another one for the bedrooms area. I bought this unit not knowing if it would heat my 19 x 21 kitchen, but to my surprise I have not had to turn the unit any higher than 4 and that was on a -20 day . So my wife is well pleased with me.
