I have had this Panasonic Dual Zone CU-2E18/CS-E12x2 for over 2 years now. I am pleased overall but would offer a few tips: - My application is primarily for heating, and I am in a location where temps can dip below zero. The unit does a surprising job of heating down to 5 degrees F, but after that will drop off significantly, and eventually shut itself off around zero. Ordered online, and installed by handyman. Called White Rodgers who assisted me in setting the times each day for when the heating comes on and goes off. I was unable to do this by following the instructions in the pamphlet.

Nice looking European style radiator. Build quality is first class. Easy to install - bolt two brackets to the wall, snap the radiator in place and hook up your lines. Pre-finished in white paint. Only downside - the manufacturer only covers the edges in light cardboard and shrink wraps them in plastic. Item is not easy to ship and can be damaged as a result.
