It works good except mine started leaking all over the floor inside of 2 yrs and now my contractor says he hasn't heard from the dealer for the warranty. No drain in on the unit so I can't just move it out of my basement.

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Since most licensed HVAC contractors don't want to touch so small a job or they don't want the liability of signing off on the leak test if they did not install the unit themselves. I have used this product before. I would not do a shower using any other product. You spend a lot of time and $ doing a new shower, you should do it right. With this, I know everything is sloped properly, the products fit together and it will be waterproof. We used the shower for a few weeks while tile was on its way last time as the shower is watertight, even without tile.
