I just purchased three more of these units, all three are 200,000 BTU, one unit is for a propane application so the conversion kit was ordered for that unit. All three are now installed and working beautifully. The 83% efficiency rating helps reduce the price of these units by 25% because they qualifying for an energy rebate from our utility provider. Quiet, nice finish, great product.

Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. They are super quiet and their inverter technology and continuously variable speeds make them very efficient.
